Lizzie Russo is a senior at University of North Florida studying Communication with a concentration in Media Production. She has always had a passion for music and film, and ever since joining UNF’s Spinnaker Radio in 2011 and becoming station manager, she has had a passion for radio as well. At Spinnaker Radio, she created an interview series for musical acts called “The Couch” which she organized, filmed and edited. Her internship at WJCT allowed her to be involved in the music aspect of the station and even create her own radio program, “Your Story.” She is a proficient and avid user of social media, maintaining a Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube, Facebook, and other accounts for years. She hopes to enter the field of public radio which would fuel her passion for music and interviewing.
